Jocelyn grew up in Sombra Township and is thrilled to be working in the heart of her community. Our experience with Whittal + Company was great. When I needed Dan's help with a complicated situation, I was grateful for his quick response. I was struck by his thoughtful, thorough and especially practical legal advice. His experience and analytical ability made the entire situation seem manageable. He was knowledgable in a wide variety of legal issues, he listened to my questions and responded accordingly with advice aimed directly at the core of the issue. More than that, his demeanor and personality immediately helped me trust him and be confident in his advice.TL Potter
This virtual law practice is the way to go! Dan made the the process of drawing up our will very simple and inexpensive. First, a brief meeting in our home at our convenience to gather information. Next, e-mailing us the draft copies of the documents to view at our leisure. Finally, a meeting to sign the redrafted documents and receive copies. Brilliant way to do business!Brian Leavy
My wife and I were in need of legal advice and hired Dan as a consultant. He made the whole process easy to understand and took the uncertainty out of our situation allowing us to move forward with confidence. We would recommend Dan for any of your legal needs!Tim and Joanne G.
